Linen, Uniform & Facility Supply Rental in Hershey, PA

Hospitality-grade linen service for a town built on hospitality

Few places in Pennsylvania live and breathe hospitality the way Hershey does. Between the attractions, hotels, resorts, and restaurants that keep Dauphin County busy nearly year-round, the businesses here are judged on the guest experience they deliver — and nothing undermines that experience faster than a dingy tablecloth, a threadbare towel, or a stained uniform. Balfurd Linen Service has been a family-owned Pennsylvania company since 1927, and we built our rental program for exactly this kind of market: crisp table linens and napkins for dining rooms, guest-ready towels, sharp aprons and chef wear for the kitchen, and clean, well-fitted uniforms for every front-of-house and back-of-house role. Everything arrives laundered, inspected, and on schedule, so your team can focus on the guests instead of the laundry.

One route stop, everything your Hershey business needs

Hospitality may set the pace in Hershey, but it isn’t the whole story — medical offices, senior-care facilities, and the many businesses supporting the Harrisburg-area economy all rely on clean textiles too. Our program goes well beyond linens: rotating floor mats that keep entrances safe and presentable, restroom and hygiene supplies stocked automatically, and uniform programs sized to teams large and small. One delivery route replaces a tangle of vendors and in-house laundry headaches, converting an unpredictable chore into a simple, predictable weekly service. And because we’re family-owned rather than a national conglomerate, your account is handled by people who know your name, your route, and your building. Talk to us about what your Hershey operation actually needs — we’ll build the program around it.
