Claim your $200

Tell us where you are and what you use. A Balfurd rep calls you back, usually the same business day.

So we can call with your quote — no spam, ever.

Your $200 is reserved

A Balfurd representative will call to set your route day and post the credit to your account. Rather not wait? Call 1.800.992.0003.

A flat $200

Not tiered by contract size, not a sliding scale. Every new account gets the same amount.

Yours to time

The credit sits on the account. Take it off the first invoice, or hold it and use it later.

Every service we run

Table linen, uniforms, floor mats, restroom supplies, first aid. It applies across all of them.

What the credit covers

Balfurd runs the whole back of house on one route and one invoice: what leaves dirty comes back clean, counted and stocked. Your $200 works against any line on that invoice.

How it works

Our truck is already on your street

  1. You get a route day

A fixed weekday, the same driver, week after week. It becomes a standing stop instead of something you have to remember to order.

  2. Clean comes in, soiled goes out

Counted both directions at the stop, so nothing quietly disappears and you are not paying for linen you never got back.

  3. Your $200 comes off the bill

The credit is on your account from day one. Spend it on the first invoice, or sit on it until the month you would rather not pay full freight.

Before you switch

The questions we get asked on the first visit, answered here so you do not have to ask them.

Do I buy anything up front?

No. Rental means the goods stay ours. We deliver them, launder them and replace what wears out. You pay for the service, per item, per stop.

What is a route day?

The fixed weekday your stop falls on. Which day depends on where you sit on the route, so ask the rep about your street.

I already have a supplier.

Most accounts move at renewal. Tell us your renewal date and we will work back from it so you never run short during the changeover.

What if my volume swings?

Counts get adjusted at the stop. Up for the busy season, back down when it passes, without renegotiating anything.

Is the $200 tied to a minimum?

No. It is a flat credit on the account of every new customer, and you decide which invoice it comes off.

Who actually shows up?

A Balfurd driver out of our own plant in Tipton or our Pittsburgh center. Not a broker, not a subcontractor.
